1. How can I register your software?

   After installation of the program you can register it by entering your email address into the field and clicking on register after it.
   So, your steps are:

   1. download the MovieToolBox installation programs from http://www.movietoolbox.com/download.html (if you do not have it yet)
   2. install the program on your computer
   3. enter your email address and click "Register"

2. When I try to insert my email-address into the reg field it says that there is "Unregistered email"

   You've entered wrong email during registration. If your email is in our data base, you'll receive the confirmation of registration. Please, try to register later, there can be some delays in the mail service. If the problem will remain, let us know.

3. Can I use your software while my PC is not connecting to Internet?

   Yes. Connect to Internet is necessary while you entering registration email-address. It is optional condition for further work of the programme.

4. There is a problem joining video files.

   May be the deal is that you are trying to join different files. Check to make sure they are the same size as in the dimensions and the kbps speed.

5. There is nothing happens when I try to join several files.

   We are not psychics.

6. I can't convert my video files.

   It looks like a problem of missing codecs. Try to update you Windows Media Player. It schould help.

7. I downloaded your tool movie splitter to split divx files. Sometimes it opens all ok, sometimes it crashes immediately.It surely crashes when I want to start splitting these AVI files.

   You need to download and install DivX codec on your PC. You can download DivX codec here: http://www.divx.com/divx/.

8. I opened avi file and tried to split, but when I click Split button and select folder to save the “Cant open selected file” message popuped.

   May be the file you are trying to split is compressed.
